I am having problems with my jobs piling up. When I look at the pending jobs they all have similar messages. It goes like this.
Scheduling info: que instance "all.q local" etc is full Jobs can not run because que instance is not contained in its hard que list. Jobs can not run because the resource requirements can not be satisified. Jobs can not run because available slots combined under PE are not in range of job. Jobs can't run because the que instance is not contained in the hard que list. Jobs can not run because the resource requirements can not be satisified. These errors happen on a frequent basis.
