I don't see any other parameters to set an unlimited time for an AR job.
I think you can use the -d option with a big number.

I tried the following and it works for me.

$ qrsub -d 999:0:0 -now y
Your advance reservation 4 has been granted

$ qrstat -ar 4
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------
id                             4
name
owner                          ch21778
state                          r
start_time                     05/20/2011 09:43:48
end_time                       07/01/2011 00:43:48
duration                       999:00:00
