Hello,
I have been editing the scripts using TextEdit on my Mac and this is
still working just fine. The problems occur when using Notepad or
Word pad on a Windows machine. Is there a problem with using these
editors? I don't see any difference when looking at the scripts in the
different editors. I'm hoping someone can help me figure out where
this error is coming from. The error output from the submitted script
is:
/var/spool/gridengine/mframe/n01/job_scripts/380: line 30: warning:
here-document at line 11 delimited by end-of-file (wanted `EOF`)
/var/spool/gridengine/mframe/n01/job_scripts/380: line 30: qsub : file
not found
