What version of Visual Studio are you using?? You should only be
seeing that message when the build process is using cl.exe as the
compiler to build a few Grid Engine components that require Visual
Studio - the rest of the Grid Engine tree uses gcc.

Compilation should continue and it is just a warning because the
WINVER macro is not defined before including windows.h.
