For what it's worth, configure in the current SoGE source runs with the
SUA(?) stuff in Windows 7.  For some reason, though, cl.exe for the
initial aimk steps wasn't found, as it should have been on the path and
wouldn't actually run correctly in the SUA shell.  What's needed to get
that working?
