The primary group is recorded and used during submission. You can use the Linux 
command `newgrp mygroup` to make any of your secondary groups your primary 
group. If you submit a job in such a situation, the setting of 
USE_QSUB_GID=TRUE will force to use also this secondary group will be your 
primary group during execution of your job. The also means, that the group 
ownership of created files by the job will use this group.
