The primary group is recorded and used during submission. You can use the Linux command `newgrp mygroup` to make any of your secondary groups your primary group. If you submit a job in such a situation, the setting of USE_QSUB_GID=TRUE will force to use also this secondary group will be your primary group during execution of your job.
