Recently I have encountered a problem with output format of scripts run
by the queue
The output files are generated with a ? at the end of their names
For instance, submitting the attached csh script using the command :
qsub -cwd -q bioinfo.q
/fastspace/bioinfo_projects/Rivki_Ofir/08.HT_seq/htseq_count.csh
yielded the output with the following name:
htseq_out_T1.txt?
am I doing something wrong?
This is not the only script that it happened with , how can I fix that
problem?
