Well, I have no experience in using SGE on Windows - you needed SFU or Cygwin 
IIRC. The application software we use is running under Linux. So I assume you 
have some Windows applications you want to run this these machines?

I can only suggest to google for "Gridengine Windows" and check the found 
documents.
