So it's actually gone from the node, simply still in the qmaster's list
of jobs (and the master can't terminate it cleanly as the process is
long gone)?
In this case, force qdel (qdel -f). That will remove if from the list of
jobs registered.

job that was running on this node continue to appear in the qstat list whereas
obviously the associated process died. I have tried to qdel the job but it
remains on the node in 'dr' state. I found no way to remove it from the node
nor in command line or with qmon.
Can somebody help me on that issue since this job takes lot of CPU on the node
and I need to remove it ?
