Hi Reuti,

thank you for asking. The answer is "unfortunately not". But at least the 
calculation is correct ("qstat -g c"), as soon as the user requests not all of 
the available slots.
So the unsatisfying "solution" is that he's submitting his batch jobs now with 
less slots...
