at least the SGE administrator should get an email about it (unconditional), 
which could be forwarded by some rules in postfix/sendmail application in case 
the subject contains a sensitive header.

Or: the user can try to enable emails in case the job is aborted: `qsub -m a 
...` resp. define it in any of the default request files.
