Thanks for the advice on the Cent 7 issue and qmaster install.
I am still getting the same errors :

You could try using --skip-broken to work around the problem
You could try running: rpm -Va --nofiles --nodigest
[root@c6 SGEinstall]#
But it is obsoleted according to yum
[root@c6 SGEinstall]# yum -y install db4-utils-4.1.25-3.pp-rh73.i686.rpm
Loaded plugins: fastestmirror
Examining db4-utils-4.1.25-3.pp-rh73.i686.rpm: db4-utils-4.1.25-3.pp.i686
Cannot install package db4-utils-4.1.25-3.pp.i686. It is obsoleted by installed

I ready hate having to share out the SGE_ROOT on the master node via nfs...I
just asking for issues.
It is working fine for 2 nodes (testing) but I can t even think on adding 10 -
20 more via NFS
Any suggestions on how to get gridengine-qmaster-8.1.9-1.el7.centos.x86_64
install on centos 7 without asking for db4-utils...
