Anyways.. that means that at present it's not possible to grant access to a node (or queue) only if the user ask for a gpu with -l gpu=<n> ? At present, based on my configuration, the scheduler can (and do) give access to those nodes (equipped with GPUs) even if the user don't request any GPU.
