Difference between "Unit test" and "Development" in "Type of test" dropdown in "Create and add data sets" dialog

Hi all!

I have a specific question about the "type of test" in the dialog for creating 
data sets
(see the table under "CREATE AN ADD DATA SETS" in 
https://hop.apache.org/manual/latest/pipeline/pipeline-unit-testing.html#_run_the_unit_test):

What is the difference between "Unit test" and "Development"?
