Good to hear your Apache Hop implementation is going well!
I could not find any information that disallows job offerings on ASF
project user mailing lists, so I guess it's ok to do so. I'm sure others
will jump in if there's anything I missed.

Even if there are no legal or Code of Conduct related issues, this mailing
list may not be the most efficient way to post job offerings.
We could consider adding a ~jobs or ~work channel to the Apache Hop
Mattermost chat[1].

For jobs posts on this mailing list in general, we could agree to add a
[JOBS] or [WORK] label to the subject of any job or work related mails on
the list to allow easier filtering.
