For the date aspect, You would use the Get File Names transform https://hop.apache.org/manual/latest/pipeline/transforms/getfilenames.html and then filter according to your criteria and use the output field `lastmodifiedtime` perhaps with a Group By or other transform as needed. Once you have the files bucketed (grouped) how you want them, you can process them further (like with the Shell or Execute A Process) or store them to a subfolder and then process.
