Password-Protecting Excel Files in Hop (Post Excel Writer Step)

I noticed that there are two options available: "Protected by User" and
"Password." Could you clarify which one I should use to lock or
password-protect the Excel file?
**I have entered a values in both fields, for eg: "demo" in both fields but
after running the pipeline, the file is not locking with the value "demo", I
entered in "Protected by User" field and "Password" field**

Do I need to enter a fixed value in the respective field, or can I use a
variable instead? Is it possible to set the password dynamically based on the
input file name, such as using "R12354" as the password for the file
"R12354batch12.xls"?
