This honestly feels like you are trying to use something for what it wasn't intended. Hop is a data processor; the web service was created to receive some data from a pipeline or store and process some simple data requests. It was never created to send multi-part binary data to and then process that data. Either these are new features or improvements that need to be developed and tested, or you will have to use something else to receive binary data and store it on the machine first.
