GitHub user maxbobse created a discussion: Select transform returns NullPointerException when converting timestamp from String to Timestamp
Not sure what the issue here is: if I convert a string like this 8/1/2025 12:01:33 AM 8/1/2025 12:01:37 AM 8/1/2025 12:02:10 AM 8/1/2025 12:02:42 AM 8/1/2025 12:02:58 AM to a timestamp with a Select transform and format MM/dd/yyyy HH:mm:ss aa <img width="939" height="148" alt="image" src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/5e5dd27b-e2f5-4637-9254-9fdf18798274" /> I get the error message 2025/11/04 11:29:56 - Select values.0 - ERROR: Unexpected error 2025/11/04 11:29:56 - Select values.0 - ERROR: java.lang.NullPointerException If I enable Date Format Lenient? then it parses the values but every now and then it messes up the AM and PM. Is this bad configuration on my end or a bug? GitHub link: https://github.com/apache/hop/discussions/5948 ---- This is an automatically sent email for [email protected].
