Is there a way for Apache to detect the user and rewrite certain text that appears in the webpage that is served to that user?
If you know what domains are address harvesters, then why don't you just block their access entirely?
But of course, this is futile, because you will never know about all the harvesters, and eventually your address will be on the spam list, and then all blocking and filtering is pointless.
