Hi,
   Thanks for the response.
   I tried with the full path as given below.
   DocumentRoot C:/apahce/htdocs.

   I have logged in as a Administrator. 
   I am starting Apache from the Commnadpromt. Is
there any way I can run debug so that I would know
what is the document root it is taking.
