Every now and again my client is getting the following error messages in
error.log.
Can you please tell me what might be causing this.

[Tue Nov 22 11:16:42 2005] [notice] Parent: Created child process 40020
[Tue Nov 22 11:16:42 2005] [notice] Child 40020: Child process is running
[Tue Nov 22 11:16:42 2005] [notice] Child 40020: Acquired the start mutex.
[Tue Nov 22 11:16:42 2005] [notice] Child 40020: Starting 25 worker
threads.
This machine is running a few html pages and ond one or two php scripts,
none of which appears to be crashing.
I have the same version of Apache running on my Win XP machine with no
errors.
I also suspect that both config files are exactly the same as well as
both php.ini.
