Are you loading both mod_jk and jk2?
Don't load mod_jk2, in fact, replace it altogether with mod_jk. The
current flavor is 1.2.14 or later, released in the last month or so,
as opposed to your several-year-old jk2 which is was deprecated by
the tomcat project.
