I am using Apache server version 02.00.486 on Windows. I’m
having an issue where the server service is not registering. Searching
Bugzilla, I’ve found http://issues.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=33685.
While the status of NEW on this defect indicates that it’s not yet
fixed, I was wondering if anyone in the group has found a workaround for this
