I've never tested it but I'd write something like
Alias /foo \\MyServer\MyShare
Otherwise, I'll double-check the letter used in the alias is mapped in the profile by logging with that profile, and issuing a net use x: \\myserver\myshare /persistent:yes and then logging off.
