Just a warning; nothing serious. I believe it means that your kernel does not support a certain option that apache tries to use, but apache will fall back to another method. You can probably get rid of the warning by using AcceptFilter http none See: http://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.2/mod/core.html#acceptfilter Joshua.
