Yes, I took care of it.

The warning messages is IPv6 related. By explicitly listing the IP and
port number I disabled IPv6, example Listen 123.456.78.90:80

[EMAIL PROTECTED] [warn] (128)Network is unreachable: connect to listener on
[::]:80

I keep getting the following warning message in my error log, however
httpd is up & running on port 80 (Listen *:80 in httpd.conf)

Any idea what is happening ?

Here is the message in the log file from Apache 2.0.55 on Solaris 8

[Thu Jan 12 12:28:15 2006] [warn] (128)Network is unreachable: connect to
listener on [::]:80
[Thu Jan 12 12:28:15 2006] [warn] (128)Network is unreachable: connect to
listener on [::]:80
[Thu Jan 12 12:28:16 2006] [warn] (128)Network is unreachable: connect to
listener on [::]:80

Thanks
Harish
