[users@httpd] Webalizer Issues

I keep getting Forbidden error when I try to access. In the httpd.conf I have added:   <directory “/var/www/html/site/usage/”>             Order allow,deny             Allow from all </directory>   But still no luck, can anyone help?   Thanks, Todd
