[users@httpd] Access restriction control

How can I configure the HTTP server to only allow certain IP addresses to access the site without including _javascript_s in the HTML pages? I am running 2 servers, one for production environment and one for a QA environment, but I want only certain users to access the QA environment.   Any suggestions or solutions?   Regards, Pierre This email and any accompanying attachments may contain confidential and proprietary information.
