Here is what I see in access file:
10.172.93.120 - - [14/Sep/2006:20:58:00 +0000] "GET /main/FileStore.ashx/Attachment/13001=Blue%20hills.jpg HTTP/1.1" 500 1287
Nothing related to this request in error log though.
