Thanks once again for your reply ..
User and Group are set to bin in the httpd.conf file ..
With the same conf file I am able to start the apache server version
2.0.48 and same file is not working in 2.0.59.

Please let me know if I need to change any thing else ..

Same questions and comments apply for the other machine.

I assume the other machine is running the same OS and revision? Does the
user and group exist that you define in the User and Group directive in
the configuration file?
