On my linux Yum shows:
Installed Packages
openldap.i386                            2.2.13-6.4E
installed       
openldap-clients.i386                    2.2.13-6.4E
installed       
openldap-devel.i386                      2.2.13-6.4E
installed       

All in /usr/lib and /usr/include as far as I can tell.
