It's not an entire book, but O'Reilly publishes a "Short Cuts" document called "What's New in Apache Web Server 2.2?" for $10. See oreilly.com. It's also available on safari.informit.com. Some local libraries have subscriptions, so you might be able to take a look at it before you buy.
