on how to use it?
Not that I can find. It's a simple process though, assuming you're
familliar with subversion.
$ svn co http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/httpd/httpd/trunk httpd-trunk
$ cd httpd-trunk
$ ./buildconf
.. then ./configure as you would normally.
