You have to request the file (GET or HEAD) then look for the
"Last-Modified" header... If that doesn't answer your question, describe
your question more precisely.

How do i run the GET or HEAD command

is it

telnet 192.168.0.1 80

GET http://192.168.0.1/

Correct me if I am wrong
