Hey,

That's most likely your issue right there.  A fully qualified domain name
takes the format "domain.ext" as in "apache.org".  Try changing it to
something like "max.local" or something to that extent.

Trying to dig for some more info.

/etc/hosts
127.0.0.1      max

/etc/apache2/site-available/default.conf
...
ServerName max

nothing really exciting
