I execute this:
C:\Apache2.2\bin>httpd.exe -X
but it doesn't work like i want. It show me the same error every 5 seconds.

Start with Apache, before complicating things with PHP. If it
won't start and the error log doesn't help, run it from the
commandline with -X and tell us what happens.
