It's really quite simple: If you access your server using it's IP address the request will go to the _first_ virtual host you defined on that address. You cannot test the other virtual hosts you have defined by entering an IP address in your browser. You need to use the correct _name_ if you want to test your virtual hosts. You can enter the host names with their IPs in the hosts file of the machine you do your tests from to simulate these names being registered.
