Samir, In regards to #2 and #3: Yes, you could write your own module to accomplish this, but the flexibility you're seeking is already possible. Using Apache's piped logs feature you can pipe the log data to a custom written script via STDIN. This script can then do whatever you want with this information and make decisions based on the request.
