Ok Im a little speciall William...I completely forgot about this messy UAC. Im going to turn this off right now but let me make sure I understand you. If I leave the UAC on then change the PHPIniDir "C:/Windows" to PHPIniDir "C:/Apache2.2/conf". Otherwise take off the UAC and then restart and it should work? Tianja Samuel-George President

Listen, as long as it's on, you can only PRETEND to put files in c:\windows. Look, create another user account on the machine. After you *THINK* you did something, log in as the other user. Look for the same file you thought you edited. See if your change is there. Yes, UAC is a PITA.
