Depends on if your e-mail provider gets black listed for not following anti-spam measures.
Also, if a message contains too much quoted text, or certain types of html tags, it can increase the spam score. Since lots of stuff that's sent on this list contains code examples, quotes, html excerpts, etc. there is a good chance that it triggers spam rules for the wrong reasons.
