All of them, Opera, IE, and even http://validator.w3.org, it sends: GET /check?uri=http%3A%2F%2Fsgo.happyforever.com%2Fslo%C5%BEka.png&charset=%28detect+automatically%29&doctype=Inline&group=0 HTTP/1.1
IE setting "send URLs as UTF-8" has no effect
