There is no need to have everything on one line, you can have multiple
Allow lines.  For instance we use something like this a lot:

<Location "/trac/test">
Order deny,allow
Allow from 10.10.1.0/24
Allow from 10.10.5.0/24
Allow from 127.0.0.1
</Location>
