[users@httpd] segmentation fault at ap_mpm_pod_check at read

Hi all,

I am getting segmentation fault at ap_mpm_pod_check  at pod.c : 54 function rc
= read(fd, &c, 1);

I am using 2.2.14, I googled and the problem was there in 2.2.3.
Does anyone know if this was fixed post 2.2.14?
