Well if it worked before you started, try going back to what you had.
Also look at the
logs (apache) to see if it is giving you anything that helps. I would
guess that
it is a porter or the like. If it is available to the outside world,
give a link so maybe
some of the more senior Apache guys will be able to give you more
information.
