One of my web server has started to give "Out of memory" errors.

Little unsure about what exactly the problem is. All static content is being
served by nginx and remaining is proxied to apache. The top and iostat command
show %user around 44% and the remaining system stays idle.

Any suggestions in this regard would be of great help.
