I compiled newest apache 2.4.1 with "--enable-mpms-shared=all". Three mpm modules are there.(mod_mpm_event.so, mod_mpm_prefork.so, mod_mpm_worker.so".
LoadModule mpm_event_module modules/mod_mpm_event.so is default enabled.
