I am still figuring out the workaround option as suggested with
redirectmatch, but i tried the greedy one like below without success.

#<LocationMatch "^/(?!one)">
#<LocationMatch "^/(?!one)[^.]*">
<LocationMatch "^/(?!one).*">

Tried with only "one" for testing.
