[users@httpd] mod_ssl - what is the scope of the SSL Renegotiation Buffer?

Hi,
When setting SSLRenegBufferSize for a Location, using either mpm_prefork
or mpm_winnt, is the buffer size there per connection or total for all
connections (I'm using either mpm_prefork or mpm_winnt).
