Just make sure mod_ssl is loaded, and if it is, before you define Ssl
directives, that's what Daniel Gruno is trying to say.

A file can mean anything to you, but to apache httpd only context and
sometimes order of module loading.

So, just check mod_ssl is being loaded first.
